Just getting out of your shell like that and talking to strangers will certainly help everyone. I personally started in the seduction community because I was nervous about approaching women. But I honestly didn't make any progress with any of the silly routines or gambits or any of that ridiculous mumbo-jumbo that they recommend until I actually started believing more in myself as a human being and a man. Once I started to do things to make my life better for me and to feel good, not to seek validation from sarging or something like that, I actually started to feel confident and everything pulled together. I personally think shy guys should simply focus on building their own self-confidence.
