		<description>Thanks! Found your page whist googling &#039;giving up alcohol&#039; and found your 30-day piece, which I&#039;m going to use as from today!  It&#039;s something I&#039;ve wanted to try for a long time now.  

The creative block piece caught my eye as that&#039;s also where I&#039;m at - completely! For me, I feel like the lost hours and energy after a couple of heavy nights a week with alcohol are having a really negative impact on my creativity.  Due to health reasons, I had to give up the booze for 4 years, now recovering, I find I can handle it again, but it&#039;s been a mixed thing - great fun, whilst also, very limiting.  I&#039;m not sure I want it in my life anymore. I also feel more productive creatively when I&#039;m not drinking.  It&#039;s like that &#039;circuitry&#039; you describe has cleaner connections and just functions better.  

So, I&#039;m so glad I found your blog and thanks for both pieces...I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll be reading more.</description>
