I love this site. I love the 30-day concept. I think that if I could commit to things for 30 days I could &lt;b&gt;seriously change my life&lt;/b&gt;. The plan described in this blog is yet another very inspiring idea. However, my will power &lt;i&gt;sucks&lt;/i&gt;! So whenever I say I&#039;m going commit to something for 30 days (like I did with quitting drinking recently) I end up somehow talking myself out of it (!!) at 10:30PM some bored/low-inhibited night.. after under a week! AHHH!! And I do this all the time.

So I have a question: What do you do or tell yourself when you&#039;re reeeally feeling like qiving up on a 30-day (or any other) commitment?</description>
