Wake up at 5:30 AM

I've been slipping on my early rising over the last little while, such that I usually get up around 7-8 AM, sometimes later. I've allowed this to happen simply by giving higher priority to other things which end up messing up my sleep schedule.
The hardest part of waking up early is not waking up early: it's the social impact of hitting the sack at 10:30 PM.
But early rising is important to me. Much more important than the late-night, leisure suit lifestyle. For at least the month of December, waking up early is Priority Number One.

Near the end of this challenge, around Christmas and Boxing Day, I woke up early for a few days in a row. But it was a conscious choice, rather than a guilty concession. Otherwise though, my sleep schedule is back on track.
