Publish three blog articles per week

I've been writing less than usual. Part of this is due to spending a lot of time reading lately--not the guilty kind, but the can't-put-this-book-down kind--and I've also been doing about 15 hours per week of consulting. Most of it is just due to not using my time well.
When I don't write, I rust. I want to publish at least three articles per week, on approximately Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for the next 30 days, starting two days ago.
I'll consider a week to be Monday-Sunday, so even if I do miss my M/W/F deadlines, I've got until the end of the weekend before it becomes a criminal offense.

This was a pretty hard challenge, but I would like to keep this going in the future. In fact, given the improvements it gave me over the previous month, in terms of revenue and subscriber growth, and attention from social media, it would be stupid for me to write fewer than three articles per week from now on.
