Stop smoking

by chybertz, 15 days overdue

Ultimate satisfaction, but I also know how bad it is. This time is going to happen.

Next actions:

  1. Focus on avoiding cigarrettes for awhile
  2. Make sure that you don't feel the urge, if you do remember what you promised yourself and how much happier you are when you're not smoking
  3. You're a bastard and get tense when you smoke
  4. Find alternative habits that will focus you away from cigarrettes
  5. Buy gum, mints or the like whenever you want to buy a pack of cigarrettes - and chew everytime you want one

Hi, I smoked by 10 years and I stopped to smoke 1 year ago.

I used a strategy that works for me:
smoke the first cigarrette one hour later each day (even if you'll smoke a lot after it)

    I did this:
1º day: first cigarrette at 9 am
2º day: first cigarrette at 10 am
3º day: first cigarrette at 11 am
4º day: first cigarrette at 12 am
5º day: first cigarrette at 1 pm
6º day: first cigarrette at 2 pm
    7º day: I avoid.

Thanks max - but I simply tried cold turkey this time and it seems to be working.
