Stop smoking

Ultimate satisfaction, but I also know how bad it is. This time is going to happen.
- Focus on avoiding cigarrettes for awhile
- Make sure that you don't feel the urge, if you do remember what you promised yourself and how much happier you are when you're not smoking
- You're a bastard and get tense when you smoke
- Find alternative habits that will focus you away from cigarrettes
- Buy gum, mints or the like whenever you want to buy a pack of cigarrettes - and chew everytime you want one

Hi, I smoked by 10 years and I stopped to smoke 1 year ago.
I used a strategy that works for me:
smoke the first cigarrette one hour later each day (even if you'll smoke a lot after it)
I did this:
1º day: first cigarrette at 9 am
2º day: first cigarrette at 10 am
3º day: first cigarrette at 11 am
4º day: first cigarrette at 12 am
5º day: first cigarrette at 1 pm
6º day: first cigarrette at 2 pm
7º day: I avoid.
