Lose Weight

Overall, I think I need to lose about 15-20kg (30-40 pounds). In 30 days, I think losing the first 7-8kg is an attainable goal.
By changing my diet to incorporate large breakfasts, tapered meals and a serious calorie cut down, and by drinking plenty of water and going to the gym at least 4 times a week (depending on energy levels, and not wanting to overexert myself as has been the case in the past) I believe I can do it.
- Do budget, do proper shopping, plan meals
- Wash gym gear, make sure it is packed before bed every night - as this helps with morning motivation. If the gear is not in the bag, I find it more difficult to make myself go.
- Focus, and remember the importance of this goal. You have wanted it for so long. Imagine the results and the rewards. Imagine looking toned and trim, being proud, confident and never having to worry about taking your shirt off, or being too scared to appr
- Remember that 'now' is all that is important, and that 'tomorrow' never comes when you are stuck as a slave to procrastination. Telling yourself 'I'll go tomorrow' will just result in waking up a month later and realizing that tomorrow never came.
- This IS possible. The only person who is in control is YOU. Any illusions surrounding why it couldn't be done, or what got in the way, are elaborate covers for the fact that YOU did not do what you wanted to.
